Very good game, half way between simulation and wargame. But combats again ennemy convoys are far too difficult for casual users. The mission objectives are also too often unachievable, and frustrating (I sunk 5 battleships and forced the rest of the fleet to flee, and for that got a poor recognition and am supposed to have failed the mission). Please make a "real" easy mode, otherwise people will abandon the game quickly.. The biggest issue with Cold Waters at the moment is, that launching Anti-Ship or Cruise Missiles from underwater just looks and sounds waaay to awesome which is why I try and use Missiles as often as possible and not torpedos. The problem is that this will get you killed very quickly as its not much of a challenge for the russians to locate a sub that sends more rockets into the sky than NASA.Still, 10/10 would base strike again!. Brought back that old paranoia of hearing active sonar to the point where I hallucinate it and suffer a panic attack.
